Job Description
We are hiring passionate and caring individuals for the role of Nursing Care Staff in Japan. This role involves supporting elderly or disabled individuals with their daily needs and improving their quality of life. Candidates will receive necessary training, including Japanese language and care-giving skills, before or after deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with mobility (walking, wheelchair support, etc.)
- Serve meals and assist with feeding
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the living space
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to supervisors
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome (no prior experience required)
- Willingness to work in Japan in a caregiving role
- Basic English required; willingness to learn Japanese (language training will be provided)
- Physically fit and emotionally strong
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
